Rival FIT Tip: Why we believe in strength training

At Rival we promote a baseline of safe, effective, fundamental strength training. Strength is a form of function and is key to everything we do in life.
When you build lean muscle you also build your metabolism so you burn body fat all day long, not just when you’re working out. This is an important fundamental to change and maintain your body and your fitness.
