As we approach the start of Fall Strength Squad, our coaches “weigh in” on what they love most about teaching this 12-week program. Learn more below about our trainers (Jacob, Heather, Mitch, Ron, and Zach) and the upcoming squads beginning September 14th!

What is your favorite part of Strength Squad?

My favorite thing about Strength Squad is the close-knit community in combination with the progress you share with others over the season. You and your classmates bond through common cause in a free-flowing training environment where every individual achievement is a win for the group. The progress you see and the relationships you build while in Strength Squad makes it one of the best fitness experiences offered in Seattle. – Jacob Freeman

What is your favorite lift practiced in Strength Squad? 

My favorite lift in Strength Squad is the deadlift. You can see your progress take form so quickly and in so many ways that you know you are achieving a stronger version of  yourself.  – Mitch Lee

My favorite lift to practice is the deadlift because it is a full body movement, it’s challenging and learning proper form carries over to other lifts!  – Zach Platis

What is the best part of coaching Strength Squad?

I am moved when I see men, women, young, old, fit, out of shape, all respond to a consistent, progressive program of strength training and see changes to their personal confidence, health and sense of well-being as they stick with it. – Ron Moodey

I love seeing the confidence and excitement in clients as they progress. I always get inspired watching people work hard to reach their goals, and If I can be the one to help them have that “aha” moment where everything finally clicks, and hopefully offer them some inspiration as well, it’s a good day! – Heather Robinson

Fall Strength Squad Details

  • Program begins September 14th and runs until December 12th
  • 12-week program will be billed as three monthly payments of $308 + tax
