Join us for this once-monthly class offered the second Sunday of every month. Instructor Josh Hunter will lead you through a comprehensive course on how to relieve pain, improve joint function, and repair your body through strategic myofascial release techniques.

Repair Shop is a head-to-toe self-massage class designed to teach people how to use tools such as foam rollers and lacrosse balls for maximal recovery. Myofascial release helps to increase flexibility and range of motion, boost blood flow to muscles and connective tissue,  raise body awareness and improve the condition of over-used and tense muscles. In addition to these techniques, students will also learn about the common causes of muscular stiffness and how to work out of those degenerative habits. For people looking to learn about exercise’s effects on body tissues, improve their mobility and increase the longevity of their muscles and joints – this class is for you.
