5-week program: October 19th-November 20th


Back this fall: FIT Squad! This program is designed and dedicated to improving cardio function, burning calories, promoting weight loss, and building strength!

FIT Squad Includes:

  • Five programmed workouts per week, including:
    • Two 60-minute workouts (at a designated time/day) in a group of five, led by your personal trainer
    • Additional workouts for you to complete each week in the gym at a day and time of your choosing
  • High-rep exercises utilizing a variety of equipment
  • Access to the Rival Fitness Personal Training (Trainerize) app which will detail each of your workouts, provide you with a tracking mechanism to track your progress, and give you access to your personal trainer
  • Utilization of the InBody body composition analysis device so that you can measure your gains (and losses!)

Squad Details:

  • A 5-week high-intensity small group program led by a Rival personal trainer
  •  Includes a FREE Stamina Field membership during your membership

Squad Schedule October 19th-November 20th:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am or 12pm or 6pm
  • Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30am or 12pm
