PREPARE FOR STRENGTH SQUAD

Maybe you’ve squatted a few times before or seen it done, but never really mastered the technique. Now is the time to learn how. During the first week of January 2018, we will be hosting several FREE seminars covering the fundamentals of two essential barbell lifts: the squat and the deadlift.

Each 60-minute workshop will be led by one of our Strength Squad trainers – Ron Moodey, Sean Manseau, and Zach Platis – and is encouraged for those who are curious about the Strength Squad experience.

The Winter 2018 season of Strength Squad kicks off on January 8th and is one of the most effective ways you can crush your New Year’s Resolutions this year. Strength Squad is a 12-week small group training, total-body strength training program which yields impressive results due to its unique combination of camaraderie, accountability, and expert training.
