Train like a fighter!

This is the ultimate interval training class. Boxing moves to build shoulders and arms, push-ups with heavy bags, knee kicks to work the core – these exercises will build the strength and stamina you need to get into the ring or just kick life’s butt!  Gloves are supplied.

Tuesdays, 12pm
