No fitness goal is small. Making a decision to change your lifestyle and get active is a big deal! At Rival, we’re here to support you as you work toward your goal, whether it’s having more energy for work and your family, completing your first half marathon or climbing Mt. Rainier.

Rival’s personal training sessions are offered in a semi-private format (up to 3 people per session) and provide the personal attention you need to get the results you are looking for.

You can choose a membership offering that includes a weekly, 60-minute semi-personal training session or purchase a separate personal training package to be used as you wish.  Check out the options below and then contact us to discuss what will work best for your needs.

Strength: Semi-Personal Training Membership

Working with a personal trainer creates results.  And if you’re someone who needs an appointment on your calendar in order to make a commitment or if you’re looking for a personalized training program, a Strength Semi-Personal Training membership may be just what the doctor ordered.  Membership includes:

  • 1 60-minute semi-personal training session per week with a certified personal trainer
  • Full gym access
  • Unlimited class access
  • Full program access (seminars, events)
  • Initial personal assessment and orientation

$325/month* | One-time enrollment fee:  $60

*valid for the life of your membership.  Initial 3 month commitment required.

Semi-Personal Training 4-Pack (Non-Members)

The perfect way to give semi-personal training a try.  Purchase a training 4-pack and we’ll schedule you for an hour of training in a semi-personal setting where you’ll work through a specific program designed and delivered by our professional training team.

$260/package of four 60-minute semi-personal training sessions (to be scheduled by a Rival team member)

Personal Training Sessions (non-members)

Experience Rival in a personal way.  Purchase a package of  training sessions and we’ll schedule you for an hour of training in a personal setting where you’ll work through a specific program designed and delivered by our professional training team.  General Rival memberships are not required for these packages.

Choose from a 4-pack, 8-pack, or 12-pack all of which include an initial personal assessment:

4-pack – $340  (valid for 6 weeks from first use)

8-pack – $600 (valid for 12 weeks from first use)

12-pack – $780 (valid for 16 weeks from first use)

FIT Map

A FIT Map is a customized workout program designed by a personal trainer based on your personal fitness goals.You’ll start with an initial assessment which will be followed by a one-on-one training session with your trainer to deliver your program.

Maybe it’s to switch things up to keep your body progressing or maybe it’s just to started with a fitness routine. Either way you can be sure that you have a workout that will deliver results.

Cost: $90+tax*

Purchase FIT Map

*Requires an initial assessment: $60+tax

NEW: Jumpstart

Jumpstart includes a custom FIT Map workout program designed for you by a Rival personal trainer combined with a customized 4-6 week meal plan (Meal Plan Option #1).

Take advantage of the Jumpstart offering to change up your fitness routine to realize new results or just to get started with your new healthy lifestyle.

Ensure that your workout is working for you. A Rival Road Map is a custom FIT Map workout program designed and delivered by a professional personal trainer. You’ll receive a new FIT Map every six weeks which will be inclusive of a one-on-one session with your trainer to ensure that your program continues to challenge your body and deliver the results you’re working for.

Cost: $110+tax (initial program) + $60/month*
